It al seems so easy. You just eat half of what you are used to and you lose weight. You have tried it and it just does not work that way for you. Some people even gain weight because of that lifestyle. It used to be like this for me as well, but it changed for me. I tried diet after diet, until I wasn't able to do it anymore.

I went on a journey to find health and found really good food, fun exercise and basically a lower weight. It gave me huge freedom!

I am sharing what I learned. Why? Because I would love to see you experience the same freedom as I did and because I meet so many people who really struggle with their weight. By connecting with what you feel and what knowing what you body needs, you will regain confidence in your longing to be healthy.
